Course overview
In Fishink Connections, Craig will explore the relationship between illustration, ceramics, graphics and textile design. These are his main interests and he's curious to explore how imagery, mark making and textures can happily flow from one area to the next. His drawings influence his ceramics and his ceramics influence his illustration. He also has a deep knowledge of stationary and children's books, which will find their way into his class.

Craig McCann
I trained originally in Textile Design, spending 12 years in industry creating wax designs for African Fabrics.
I taught Printed Textiles part time in Universities and had my own Textile printing business. I've created illustration for packaging, stationery / giftware products and dabbled with the idea of writing and illustrating Children's books.
For the last 5 years I have been creating and selling ceramics based on my quirky animal creations.
